9.4 Million: TRAI is Added by Vodafone Lose 30 Million Subscribers in March, Jio

India's total wireless subscriber base dropped to 1,161.8 million on March 31, 2019, dropping 21.87 million consumers within the prior month. The overall tele-density at India dropped to 90.11 in the end of March, from 91.86 in February.

Based on TRAI, the wireless subscriber base of Vodafone Idea in the end of March 2019 has been 394.8 million. VIL's final quarter of 2018-19 complete user base was 334.1 million.

Bharti Airtel's cellular subscriber base was 325.1 million, which of rival Reliance Jio has been 306.7 million on March 2019.

According to March 31, 2019, Vodaofne Thought directs the market share at 33.98% followed closely by Airtel in 27.99percent and Reliance Jio in 26.40percent and BSNL in 9.96%.

"Entire wireless subscribers dropped from 1,183.68 million in the conclusion of Feb-19 to 1,161.81 million in the conclusion of Mar-19, thus registering a monthly reduction rate of 1.85 percent," stated the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) report published on Tuesday.

The radio subscription in metropolitan areas dropped to 650.49 million in March ending from 656.57 million in February conclusion, and rural consumer base also dropped to 511.32 million in 527.11 million throughout the period.

Vodafone Idea and Bharti Airtel collectively shed 29.6 million consumers by March-end in comparison to February.

The clients foundation of Reliance Ji has been 306.7 million on March 2019, against 297.2 million on February.
